Holly Nicholson
Program Director
Holly Nicholson joined the Trauma Intervention Program (TIP) as a volunteer and quickly stepped into the role of Program Manager. She brings over 20 years of leadership experience across corporate, private, and nonprofit sectors, along with 15+ years in adult education and project management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English and a master's degree in Instructional Technology. Holly left her corporate career to focus on community impact through TIP, substitute teaching, and teaching job skills to incarcerated individuals. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two teenage sons, and two dogs, as well as camping, gardening, basketweaving, and thrift shopping.
Reagan Bromily
Assistant Program Director
Reagan Bromily began her work with TIP as a volunteer, serving for two years providing compassionate, on-scene support before stepping into her current role as Assistant Program Director, where she continues to respond in the field. She is currently pursuing her college degree, further developing the knowledge and skills that support her work in community care. Her background includes experience in healthcare environments as a medical assistant in a psychiatric practice and an emergency room patient care technician, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care, emotional support, and crisis response. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, hiking, caring for children, and exploring more of Asheville.
